How to place my order?

Place an order:

Finish adding items to your shopping cart
You can choose to pay through our website or through PayPal.
If you wish to proceed with payment on our website, please click the green "Pay" button on the right side of the screen.
If you want to use PayPal, click the PayPal button
and you will be redirected to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter the following information:

If  you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to calculate your discount and apply it to your order.
Continue by clicking the “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address (if different from your billing address). When everything is ready, click "Continue to payment method".
You must enter your payment information. You have the possibility, if necessary, to indicate that the shipping and billing information is identical.
After filling out the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen containing an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation email.

What happens if there are missing items or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For lost or misshipped items, please contact us at info@laurielondon.co. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1MB). We will be happy to return the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not require an item to be returned to you in error. You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know that my order has been shipped correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details of your purchase.

I want to change my ordered items. That I have to do?

You are allowed to change your order no later than 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day after placing the order. You can contact us at info@laurielondon.co to request a change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your basket:

Go to the page for the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for the item. If you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be redirected to the "Cart" page.
Enter the quantity of the item you want to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or finalize your order.
How can I see what's in my cart?

To view the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon at the top of the site page. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the number of items you want to purchase in your cart by updating the quantity displayed. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my basket?

First, click the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to view all the items that are currently in your cart. After you identify the item you want to delete, click the Delete link at the bottom of the quantity list. This automatically removes the item and refreshes the page to reflect your changes.

How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?

First, click the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all the items that are currently in your cart and the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move the cursor over that item's quantity field and enter the desired quantity. Once you have done this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update and display the correct amount for the quantity and cost on the right side of the screen.

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click the PayPal button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Make sure you enter the correct information for fast and hassle-free payment processing.

How to use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

Select the item you want to order, then click the green "Order" button.
You will then be redirected to our customer information page. On the next page, fill out the relevant required information
